Picnic Ideas

What kind of picnic is expected to depend very much on who will be present. It ‘s a romantic picnic for two or a feast for the whole family? When planning a picnic menu for children from two to four people, it is generally easier (and fun) to store several small items that can be shared across the whole group. For both groups, large and small, tapas (Spanish appetizers) can be an excellent choice for a picnic recipes. Many of the tapas recipes are very easy to make and require few ingredients, such as small plates of fruit, cheese, fruit and fresh bread with olive oil and tomatoes. One of my favorite recipes for a picnic is the perfect quick and easy tortilla de patatas (potato omelet), a Spanish classic, which is a perfect complement to a picnic-style tapas. Because it is portable and eaten at room temperature, is almost a perfect recipe for a picnic. The tapas are great fun for a picnic, and no shortage of these types of recipes on the web. As a bonus, many sites that offer free tapas recipes also offer some ideas for wine pairings for each recipe – and wine (Spanish wine, of course) is a staple food for a picnic tapas!
Larger Picnic
If you’re planning a picnic for a wider group of people, you can always choose to stay with appetizers, tapas and snacks. But there are also many other routes to take when choosing picnic recipes for a larger meeting. Then add the vegetables or grilled meat and cheese sandwich for a special recipe that makes great picnic media to shame.
Picnic Desserts
You can not go wrong with classic recipes, like chocolate chips, oatmeal, peanut butter.
You will find that most of the picnic recipes are very simple. Do not forget the wine! Serve very good wine will ensure your guests have a great time – even if the food is as simple as could be.
